作品描述
One example of Hong Kong's Intangible Cultural Heritage is tofu-making, which dates back to the 1950s. Traditionally, family-run tofu factories transported tofu by bicycle and cooked beans in large boilers. Due to urbanization, many factories have relocated to areas like Pat Heung and Sheung Shui. However, most customers are urban restaurants and market stalls, leading to the common practice of hiring transport fleets. Tofu is highly nutritious and beneficial for health. I highly recommend trying to make tofu or purchasing it to enjoy its unique flavor and health benefits.
