作品描述
我選擇臘腸做這幅圖畫的主題是因為臘腸是我國非物質文化遺產， 有著二千多年歷史。他源於戰國時期的楚國，由詩人屈原帶出臘腸的初形。往後到了清朝光緒年間， 百姓在秋天時分把醃好的肉碎放進腸衣風乾， 從此臘腸在此時發揚光大， 成了我們今天在秋冬時分可品嚐的「臘味」。 這幅畫作中繪畫了巧奪天工的師傅在這古老大宅裏做臘腸，繪畫了工作台上醃肉用的調味品和其他材料。這些東西在圖片中突顯出中國做臘腸的文化，生動有趣。不但襯托出這項非物質遺產的歷史久遠，而且更把這麼經典的中國食物帶到餐桌上。
