作品描述
以前九龍城很多潮州人，而潮州的糖餅與糖塔製作技藝，亦列入香港非物質文化遺產。現在的九龍城寨被拆，機場搬遷，我想把它們拼起來。我的靈感來自電影「九龍城寨之圍城」的音樂一幕。我這個作品反映了80至90年代住在城寨的人貧窮的生活和啟德機場的歷史，希望多點人關注歷史和文化價值。
