作品描述
圖中的是中秋節時大坑舞火龍的情境，是中秋節的節慶活動。這項傳統始於19世紀，當時居民在中秋前後，即農曆八月十四、十五、十六三個晚上，舞動着插滿線香火龍繞村遊行，沿途燃放爆竹，驅趕疫症。 直到現在，這個活動會由300位健兒引領全長67米的火龍，以及由小朋友舞動的小火龍，穿梭大坑的大街小巷。 這份團結精神一直傳承，吸引眾多市民和遊客一家大小慕名前來觀賞，全家一起團圓慶祝中秋節並一睹這項國家級非物質文化遺產的魅力，體驗珍貴的香港傳統。
